केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की रिटायरमेंट उम्र कम करने वाली खबर को सरकार ने बताया अफवाह

केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों (Central Government) की सेवानिवृत्ति (Retirement) की आयु कम करने से जुड़ी खबरों का केंद्र सरकार ने खंडन किया है.

केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों (Central Government) की सेवानिवृत्ति (Retirement) की आयु कम करने से जुड़ी खबरों का केंद्र सरकार ने खंडन किया है. सूत्रों का कहना है कि सोशल मीडिया पर अफवाहें हैं कि कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (DoPT) ने केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों की सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु कम करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है, जो 1 अप्रैल, 2020 को लागू होगी. केंद्र सरकार ने कहा कि यह जानकारी पूरी तरह निराधार है. यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव नहीं है.

बता दें कि, बैकलॉग की समस्या, नई भर्ती और पदोन्नति में देरी, जैसी शिकायतें दूर करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार रिटायरमेंट के नए नियम तय करने जा रही है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक मौजूदा प्रपोजल में सेवानिवृत्ति आयु दो तरीके से तय होगी. पहली, कर्मी ने अगर 33 साल की सेवा पूरी कर ली हो और दूसरा, अगर उसकी खुद की आयु 60 साल हो गई हो. इस संबंध में वित्त मंत्रालय को प्रपोजल भेजा गया है. वहां से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद अगले वित्तीय वर्ष से सेवानिवृत्ति के नए नियम लागू कर दिए जाएंगे. वहीं सरकार ने सभी विभागों में पदों की समीक्षा भी शुरू कर दी है.
